Wheel of Feels is a tool to help you identify and express your feelings. We are always feeling something, but sometimes we dont know what we are feeling. At any point in time, you can come to the wheel and check in with yourself. Identify how you are feeling by starting in the middle of the wheel. Make your way to the outside of the wheel by tapping on the feelings that resonate with how you currently feel. Once youve made it to the outside edge of the wheel, you can add an entry to your feelings journal and track and analyze your feelings over time.
